Energy Secretary Sharon Garin said the government’s drive for transparency and accountability has helped sustain investor confidence in the energy sector — even amid heightened scrutiny of major infrastructure projects. “I’m very bullish about energy projects,” Garin told reporters at the Singapore International Energy Week held in Marina Bay Sands last week. President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s push for openness in handling energy projects has sent a strong signal to investors that “this is a well-run administration,” Garin said.
