The volume of real estate transactions in Jordan rose by 2% during the first 10 months of this year compared to the same period in 2024, reaching 5.8 billion dinars, according to the latest monthly report issued by the Department of Lands and Survey. The report, reviewed by Al-Mamlaka TV, showed that real estate transactions increased by less than 1% in October compared to the same month last year, and by 3% compared to September, totaling 634.5 million dinars for the month.
