Kazakhstan's economy grew 6.4% in Jan-Oct 2025Kazakhstan's economy expanded by 6.4% in January-October 2025, the press service of the Ministry of National Economy reported."Kazakhstan's GDP growth for the 10 months of 2025 amounted to 6.4%," the press service said in a statement.Growth in the real sector was 8.2%, while the services sector grew by 5.3%. The largest contribution to GDP growth came from the industrial sector (which grew by 7.3%)."In the manufacturing industry, growth amounted to 5.8%, driven by an increase in output in certain sectors: mechanical engineering - by 11.5%, including the automotive industry - by 13.3%, the chemical industry - by 10.9%, food products - by 9.1%, oil refining - by 6.3%, metal products - 14.1%, construction materials - 5.3%," the Ministry of Economy specified.The volume of construction works increased by 15.1%, gross agricultural output - by 5.4%, and trade - by 9%.Kazakhstan's GDP growth was 6.3% in January-September, 4.8% in 2024, and 5.1% in 2023.
