Belarus, Kazakhstan discuss assembly of Belarusian machinery in AstanaBelarus and Kazakhstan are considering launching the assembly of Belarusian machinery in Kazakhstan, the Belarusian embassy in Astana said following a visit by Ambassador Alexei Bogdanov to the Hyundai Trans Auto plant.“Ambassador of Belarus to Kazakhstan Alexei Bogdanov familiarized himself with the operations of Hyundai Trans Auto LLP, which assembles commercial, passenger, and specialized vehicles under the Hyundai, Golden Dragon, Foton, and BYD brands,” the embassy said.The visit included meetings with Astana Motor General Director Beknur Nesipbayev and Hyundai Trans Auto Director Adilbek Gayev.“The main topic of the meeting was the discussion of potential options for organizing assembly production of Belarusian machinery in Kazakhstan.
