Freight turnover in Kazakhstan rose 11.7% in Jan-OctThe freight turnover in Kazakhstan totaled 472.1 billion tonne-km in January-October 2025 or up 11.7% year over year, the National Statistics Bureau of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms said.In the first ten months of this year, pipeline transportation increased by 16.8% year over year, motor road transportation by 31.6% and rail transportation by 7.2%.In January-October 2025, passenger traffic expanded by 8.3% year over year to reach 74.3 billion passenger-kilometers.
