Indonesia's government has made the 0.5% final income tax (PPh) incentive for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with an annual turnover up to Rp4.8 billion a permanent policy. This replaces the previous extension until 2029. Additionally, MSMEs with turnover below Rp500 million annually will benefit from a 0% PPh rate.
