Kazakhstan to review minimum wage increase in 2027-2028The government will consider raising the minimum wage in 2027 and 2028, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Economy Serik Zhumangarin said Wednesday."The issue of raising the minimum wage will be considered in 2027-2028," Zhumangarin said Wednesday at a government meeting in Astana.He also said that from 2026 to 2028, the growth of the population's real incomes is projected to average at least 2% to 3% annually.The minimum wage in Kazakhstan for 2025 is set at 85,000 tenge.
