The Hellenic Competition Commission has approved Generali Hellas’ acquisition of exclusive control over Geniki Kliniki – Euroclinic Athens S.A.The transaction involves the markets for private health insurance and private healthcare services, including diagnostic centers. Considering the small market shares of the companies involved, the Commission concluded that the deal does not alter competitive conditions and is fully compatible with the proper functioning of competition in the relevant markets.
