INVESTOR SENTIMENT IMPROVES IN ASIA PACIFIC AS SINGAPORE DRAWS CAPITAL

Investor sentiment across the Asia-Pacific region is strengthening heading into 2026, with capital flows picking up sharply and Singapore standing out as one of the key destinations for renewed deployment. According to Colliers' 2026 Global Investor Outlook, APAC-focused capital raising surged more than 130% since 2024, now accounting for 11% of global fundraising in the first three quarters of 2025. Investors are drawn to the region’s growth resilience, expanding middle class, and innovation-led opportunities. In Singapore, the office and data centre segments are receiving particular attention. Office assets are back in favour, supported by steady occupier demand and long-term fundamentals.
