Annual inflation in Kazakhstan slows down to 12.4% in NovemberMonthly inflation in Kazakhstan was 0.8% in November 2025, accelerating from 0.5% in October, the Bureau of National Statistics reported.Year-on-year, inflation in November 2025 was 12.4%, compared to 12.6% in October.Analysts polled by Interfax-Kazakhstan had predicted that the republic's year-on-year inflation for November would be in the range of 12.3-12.6%. The closest forecast was made by Arthur Sharafutdinov, Head of the Country Analysis Center at the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB), who predicted annual inflation at 12.4%.According to the Bureau of National Statistics, in November year-on-year, prices for paid services increased by 12.3% (12.9% in October), food products by 13.4% (13.5% in October), and non-food goods by 11.2% (11% in October).The largest contributions to the annual inflation rate came from food and non-alcoholic beverages (5.2%), healthcare (1.5%), and housing services (1.2%).Month-on-month, prices for non-food goods increased by 0.9%, food products by 1%, and paid services by 0.3%.
