KUALA LUMPUR, 29 October 2025 – Malaysia and Italy have agreed to fast-track the strategic cooperation between Petronas and Italian energy company Eni S.p.A (ENI), Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim announced. Malaysia is set to welcome Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni early next year to finalise the agreement.
