IN NOVEMBER, UKRAINE’S ECONOMY RECORDED A 5.3% GROWTH IN REAL GDP.
According to the Ministry of Economy, this expansion was primarily driven by agriculture, domestic trade, construction, and the processing industry. Minister of Economy Oleksiy Sobolev stated that economic activity persists in the face of power supply disruptions resulting from extensive attacks on critical infrastructure, with businesses adapting to the challenging conditions.Comparatively, Ukraine demonstrated more robust growth than the Russian Federation, which reported a 1.6% increase in real GDP in October. Ukraine’s economy is supported by recovery and business development initiatives funded by international aid, contributing to increased domestic production. Additional positive factors include significant budget allocations for the restoration and repair of damaged critical infrastructure, ongoing housing projects such as the eReconstruction and eOselya programs, and procurement within the domestic defense sector. Structural shifts toward higher value-added activities are also apparent, further strengthening the economy’s performance.https://me.gov.ua/News/Detail/5b1c984c-a1c6-4741-815b-8006e660629a?lang=uk-UA&title=UkrainskaEkonomikaZroslaNa5-3-UListopadi2025-Rokuhttps://ubn.news/in-november-ukraines-economy-recorded-a-5-3-growth-in-real-gdp-an-increase-from-the-2-3-observed-in-october-despite-continued-russian-attacks/ (ICE KIEV)
