The Ministry of Culture, in cooperation with the UNESCO Office in Amman and in partnership with the European Union, has launched a regulatory framework for creative industries in Jordan. During the opening of the three-day program, “Strengthening Evidence-Based Cultural and Creative Policies: Towards a Regulatory Framework for Creative Sectors and Industries,” Jordanian Minister of Culture Mustafa Rawashdeh underscored the importance of the initiative in positioning culture and the arts as key pillars of sustainable development. Meanwhile, European Union Ambassador Pierre-Christophe Chatzisavas reviewed ongoing and related projects aimed at enhancing and preserving heritage sites across Jordan (ICE AMMAN)
