Dubai welcomed 15.7 million international visitors between January and October 2025, marking a 5% increase from the previous year, as the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) unveiled its 2026 tourism roadmap. At DET’s final City Briefing of 2025, attended by over 1,200 stakeholders, the city highlighted strong hotel performance—79.4% occupancy, AED531 average daily rate, and AED421 revenue per available room—alongside a robust pipeline of developments and global campaigns. DET emphasized the role of public-private partnerships, strategic market diversification, sustainability, and digital transformation in strengthening Dubai’s position as a leading destination for business and leisure.
