Dubai has unveiled the Middle East's first integrated recreational vehicle (RV) route, marking a major step in expanding nature-based tourism and attracting private-sector investment. Led by Dubai Municipality, the initiative will create a unified network of serviced RV stations, parks and connected road-trip journeys spanning the emirate's mountain, beach and desert landscapes. The municipality will develop core infrastructure and regulatory frameworks, enabling private developers to build and operate RV routes and parks while unlocking new investment opportunities. Designed as year-round, family-friendly destinations, the RV network will integrate hospitality, dining, wellness and recreational facilities, promote environmentally responsible travel and enhance quality of life for residents and visitors. Aligned with Dubai's Quality of Life Strategy and the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, the initiative aims to diversify tourism offerings, stimulate the RV sector through incentives and partnerships, and reinforce Dubai's position as an innovative, sustainable global tourism destination.
