The funds were directed to support entrepreneurship, the agro-industrial complex, as well as housing construction and mortgage lending," the statement following the meeting said.According to the head of Baiterek, as a result of 2025, financing measures through support instruments covered about 25,000 projects across the country.Karagoishin also informed the head of state about the results of the work of guarantee funds established on the basis of the Damu fund to support small and medium-sized business projects, as well as major investment initiatives in manufacturing and infrastructure.Furthermore, he presented the operational model of the investment holding, which involves the formation of an investment order, support for the largest strategic projects, and the development of mechanisms to attract foreign direct investment.Currently, according to his data, a pool of 1,500 investment projects with a total value of about KZT 87 trillion has been formed.Tokayev, in turn, emphasized the importance of actively attracting investments and expanding financing for the real sector of the economy, instructing the Baiterek holding to ensure the further implementation of priority investment projects and the attraction of long-term capital into the economy.JSC National Investment Holding Baiterek is an integrated development institution aimed at supporting entrepreneurship, developing the agro-industrial complex, and providing housing for the country's population.
