Petaling Jaya, 3 December 2025 – Coastal Contracts, through its subsidiaries Coastal International Marine Inc and Pleasant Engineering Sdn Bhd, has secured RM187.6 million (approximately EUR38.64 million) worth of marine vessel sales contracts, while Privasia Technology has begun executing its RM569 million (approximately EUR117.17 million) Perak data centre project with Inspur Communication Malaysia. Steel Hawk appointed former Petronas engineering leader Haffiz Hussin as the group Chief Executive Officer. CelcomDigi, Maxis, and YTL Power have been directed to acquire the Ministry of Finance (MoF) Inc’s stake in Digital Nasional Berhad (DNB), each paying RM327.87 million (approximately EUR67.51 million). Genting Malaysia’s subsidiary Genting New York LLC (GENNY) was selected for a full commercial casino license in downtown New York alongside Steve Cohen and Bally’s Corp.
