ECOWORLD MALAYSIA FY25 SALES AT RECORD HIGH
Petaling Jaya, 11 December 2025 – Eco World Development Group Bhd (EcoWorld Malaysia) achieved record sales of RM4.55 billion (approximately EUR936.95 million) in Financial Year 2025 (FY25), surpassing its RM3.5 billion (approximately EUR720.66 million) target, driven by strong contributions from Iskandar Malaysia with RM2.27 billion (approximately EUR467.62 million), Klang Valley with RM1.75 billion (approximately EUR360.56 million), and Penang with RM524 million (approximately EUR107.90 million). The group reported a net profit of RM438.07 million (approximately EUR90.23 million), up from RM303.54 million (approximately EUR62.49 million) in Financial Year 2024 (FY24), with revenue rising to RM2.93 billion (approximately EUR603.30 million) and earnings per share increasing to 14.67 cents. Industrial sales, led by Eco Business Parks and Quantum, reached RM1.22 billion (approximately EUR251.26 million)—exceeding RM1 billion (approximately EUR205.90 million) for the third consecutive year—anchored by deals with Microsoft Payments, Pearl Computing, and Deye New Energy Technology. EcoWorld Malaysia’s residential pillars, Eco Townships and Eco Rise, contributed RM1.89 billion (approximately EUR389.19 million) and RM771 million (approximately EUR158.82 million), while commercial Eco Hubs added RM664 million (approximately EUR136.76 million). The group is progressing with the Eco Business Park V data centre project, expected to provide significant fixed rental income upon completion in Financial Year 2027 (FY27), and is expanding its Eco Hubs portfolio to enhance recurring income, placemaking, and the commercial vibrancy of its developments across Klang Valley, Iskandar Malaysia, and Penang, with a goal of growing recurring income to 20–30% of net profits.
