Poland's largest rolling stock manufacturer Pesa has announced it will acquire 100 percent of shares in the German tram producer HeiterBlick in the first quarter of 2026.HeiterBlick supplies rolling stock to public transport operators in such German cities as Leipzig, Wurzburg or Dortmund.Pesa has supplied nearly 1,000 trams to over 20 cities across Europe, including Warsaw, Kyiv, Sophia, and Tallin. Its vehicles are used by commuters in 12 out of 14 Polish cities operating tram networks. (ICE VARSAVIA)
