Abu Dhabi established IMAD Holding Company , a new sovereign investment platform chaired by Crown Prince Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan , to manage strategic assets across infrastructure, real estate, financial services, and asset management , both domestically and internationally. IMAD recently acquired an 84.76% stake in Modon Holding PSC and was part of the $108bn Paramount-Skydance bid for Warner Bros Discovery , alongside Saudi Arabia's PIF and Qatar Investment Authority.
