The government has estimated the indicative cost of three major projects in Amra City at approximately 270 million dinars, under the framework of public–private partnership projects, according to the Executive Program of the Economic Modernization Vision 2026–2029. These projects include an amusement park, the International Exhibition and Conference Center, and the King Hussein Bin Abdullah II International Stadium, which forms part of the sports city. Together, they represent key pillars of the first phase of Amra City’s development. According to available details, the estimated cost of the amusement park is around 50 million dinars, while the International Exhibition and Conference Center is estimated at 20 million dinars.
