Kuala Lumpur, 15 January 2026 – Binastra Corporation Bhd’s subsidiary Binastra Green Energy Sdn Bhd (BGE) has entered into a tripartite agreement for a RM305 million (approximately EUR 64.07 million) infrastructure and renewable energy contract, under which Binastra Construction (M) Sdn Bhd (BCSB) replaces Bahru Stainless Sdn Bhd (BSSB) as the client while all contract terms remain unchanged. The contract covers the design and construction of infrastructure works, a 65-megawatt-peak solar photovoltaic system and a 200-megawatt-hour battery energy storage system.
