Construction work in Kazakhstan rose 15.9% in 2025The volume of construction work in Kazakhstan reached 10.705 trillion tenge in 2025, up 15.9% from the same period last year, the National Statistics Bureau of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms reported.The largest shares of construction activity were in structures (5.708 trillion tenge), non-residential buildings (3.318 trillion tenge), and residential buildings (1.678 trillion tenge).Construction and installation work totaled 8.692 trillion tenge, up 13.6 %. while major repairs rose y19.9%, and current repairs surged by 34.7%.During the reporting period, 42,959 new buildings was completed, including 37,219 residential  and 5,740 non-residential buildings.In addition, 234 secondary schools, 61 preschools, 5 hospitals, and 154 outpatient clinic organizations were commissioned.The population of Kazakhstan tops 20.5 million people.
