Kazakhstan exported nearly 80 million tonnes of oil in 2025Kazakhstan exported 78.7 million tonnes of crude oil in 2025, the Energy Ministry told Interfax-Kazakhstan.“In the twelve months of 2025, oil exports totaled approximately 78.7 million tonnes,” the ministry said in response to an inquiry.The ministry noted that in December Kazakhstan temporarily reduced shipments through the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) marine terminal due to the forced shutdown of single-point mooring SPM-3 following a UAV attack and adverse weather.“To mitigate the impact on the sector and prevent production cuts, export flows were redistributed, with some volumes diverted to alternative routes. In particular, shipments via the Atyrau-Samara pipeline and exports to China increased, while volumes on other routes remained broadly in line with planned levels,” the ministry said. (ICE ALMATY)
