Kuala Lumpur, 19 January 2026 – Passenger traffic across Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB)’s network showed strong momentum in 2025, reaching 15.53 million passengers globally, supported by rising travel demand ahead of Visit Malaysia 2026. Its 39 local airports handled 104.4 million passengers, up 11.2% year-on-year, with December marking the busiest month as 10 million passengers were processed nationwide amid festive travel peaks. Kuala Lumpur International Airport led performance with 63.3 million passengers for the year, while other major airports such as Subang, Kota Kinabalu, Langkawi, Penang and Kuching also recorded double-digit growth.
