KazPhosphate to supply fertilizers to Kazakh farmers at fixed priceKazakhstan’s Agriculture Ministry has signed a memorandum with KazPhosphate LLP setting a fixed price for the nitrogen-phosphorus fertilizer ammophos for 2026, the ministry’s press service said.The price has been set at 254,000 tenge per tonne excluding VAT, up 15% from last year.Delivery schedules are currently being coordinated with regional agricultural producers.The ministry said earlier that as much as 2.3 million tonnes of mineral fertilizers is expected to be used by agricultural producers this year. The regional authorities have been instructed to ensure timely procurement and application of fertilizers.KazPhosphate is one of the largest producers of phosphate fertilizers and feed phosphates in the CIS and Europe, supplying markets in Europe, the CIS and Central Asia.
