TRANSPORTATION FIXED ASSET INVESTMENT IS EXPECTED TO EXCEED 3.6 TRILLION YUAN
Ministry of Transport data shows 2025 transportation fixed asset investment topped $514.3 billion. Over 2,000 kilometers of new high-speed railways and some 8,000 kilometers of expressways were added. Annual cross-regional personnel movement hit 66 billion, commercial freight volume 58 billion tons, both up around 3.5% year-on-year. (ICE PECHINO)
