Inflation in Kazakhstan at 1% in Jan, annual inflation at 12.2%Inflation in Kazakhstan came in at 1% in January 2026, the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms said.The annual inflation (January 2026 to January 2025) amounted to 12.2%.In the twelve months of 2025, the prices for food products increased by 12.9% compared with the previous year, the prices for non-food items grew by 11.7% and for services by 12%.Analysts surveyed by Interfax-Kazakhstan expected annual inflation to accelerate to 12.3%-12.7% at the end of January, with monthly inflation at 1%-1.3%.
