(Alternergy) on Tuesday said that unit Solana Solar Alpha Inc. had started operating the 28 megawatt-peak (MWp) Balsik solar power plant in Hermosa, Bataan. “This is a pivotal and busy year for the Alternergy Group," Alternergy President Gerry Magbanua said in a statement.
