Kuala Lumpur, 3 February 2026 – Reservoir Link Energy Bhd has entered into a non-binding agreement with Sabah Energy Corp Sdn Bhd and Propel Global Bhd to explore the development of a gas-fired power plant in Sabah, including conducting feasibility studies on a project that could integrate regasification, gas distribution and power generation. The proposed plant aims to provide a cost-efficient, lower-emission and quickly deployable energy solution using available gas supplies, though financial and operational details have yet to be disclosed.
