STATE EXPORT SUPPORT EXPANDS AS UKRAINE BOOSTS VALUE-ADDED SHIPMENTS
Ukraine expanded state support for non-commodity exports in 2025, with the Export Credit Agency (ECA) backing UAH 10.43 billion in exports, up 1.4 times compared to UAH 7.53 billion in 2024.During the year, the ECA insured 84 credit agreements and supported 106 export contracts involving 75 Ukrainian exporters. Each hryvnia of insurance liability generated UAH 7.36 in supported exports.The largest volumes of ECA-supported exports were recorded in Lviv, Khmelnytskyi, Ternopil, and Volyn regions.
