In a major boost to the national economy,  Aldar Properties awarded a record AED 66 billion ($18 billion) in development contracts during 2025, covering a vast array of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across the UAE. A key highlight of this investment is the reinvestment of nearly 45% of the total value (AED 30 billion) back into the local economy through the National In-Country Value (ICV) Programme, supporting thousands of jobs and strengthening domestic supply chains. The 2025 contract sweep includes high-profile projects such as Nobu Residences on Saadiyat Island, the Athlon community in Dubai, and the Al Marjan Beachfront in Ras Al Khaimah.
