MIDDLE EAST PRIVATE ASSETS POISED TO DOUBLE BY 2030

Private assets across the Middle East are projected to double by 2030 , driven by economic diversification strategies, growing institutional wealth and expanding private market activity, according to Ocorian's 2026 Global Asset Monitor . Private funds domiciled in the region currently account for just 0.5 percent of global private assets , totaling $73 billion , while globally domiciled funds have allocated $144 billion to Middle Eastern opportunities. Private equity allocations to the region rose 28 percent in 2025 to $118 billion , with regionally domiciled funds managing $55 billion of those assets. Supported by large sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors and family offices, capital is increasingly flowing into non-hydrocarbon sectors , boosting governance, fund services demand and the pipeline of companies preparing for public listings, as global investors deepen their engagement with the region's private markets.           (ICE DUBAI)
