AI solutions now automate processes for employers, employees, and domestic workers, eliminating most documents, in-person visits, and form fields. Key initiatives include the Establishment Bundle , which automates issuance and updates of establishment cards; the Emirates Work Bundle , reducing procedures by 95% and completion time by 85%; AI-powered verification for IDs, passports, and contracts; and automated work permit quotations, cutting processing from 10 days to instant. AI has also enhanced call center efficiency, wage management, inspections, and labor complaints, enabling millions of transactions to be completed faster, with reduced human intervention and improved customer experience.
