The General Company for Food Products, part of Iraq's Ministry of Industry and Minerals, has begun exporting its products to neighbouring markets, starting with a shipment of cooking oil to Jordan.The company confirmed that the first shipment of 'Al-Bint' branded cooking oil, produced at the Imam Ali Al-Hadi plant in Maysan province, has been exported to Jordan under a partnership contract with a Bulgarian company.First shipment volume of 100 tonnesTotal contracted export volume of 1,000 tonnesProduct manufactured at the Imam Ali Al-Hadi plant in MaysanThe remaining quantities will be exported in stages under the agreed plan.
