99 SPEED MART TO CONTINUE EXPANSION AFTER NEW STORES FUEL FY2025 RECORD EARNINGS

Kuala Lumpur, 13 February 2026 – 99 Speed Mart Retail Holdings Bhd reported record earnings for FY2025, the company is staying on track with its aggressive expansion plans after surpassing 3,000 outlets nationwide. Full-year net profit rose 25.3% to RM614.2 million (approximately EUR 129.02 million) — its highest since listing in September 2024 — as revenue increased 14.5% to RM11.43 billion (approximately EUR 2.40 billion), driven by strong consumer spending on daily essentials, supported by various government social assistance initiatives. Fourth-quarter 2025 net profit climbed 26.3% to RM157.16 million (approximately EUR 33.01 million) on 19% higher revenue of RM3.08 billion (approximately EUR 647.00 million) compared to a year earlier, with total sales transactions up 17.4% and average basket size edging up to RM21.70 (approximately EUR 4.56). Founder and CEO Lee Thiam Wah said the group will maintain its target of opening 250 new outlets annually after reaching 3,037 outlets by the end of 2025.
