PHILIPPINE DCS Development Corp. (PDDC) has received a certificate of registration from the Board of Investments under the Create More Act for a P400-million energy efficiency initiative project, the Board of Investments said on Saturday. Certification under the Corporate Recovery and Tax Incentives for Enterprises to Maximize Opportunities for Reinvigorating the Economy law enables third-party project developers such as PDDC to avail of fiscal incentives and regulatory support. PDDC is a joint venture between Filinvest Land Inc. and Engie Services Philippines Inc., the local business of France-headquartered energy firm Engie SA.
