The planned facility will be built on a plot of 0.3179 hectares and will cover approximately 1,400 square meters.Meanwhile, construction is underway for a shopping center in Lutsk near the recently opened McDonald’s. This complex will include several buildings and a parking lot. Investors are already able to purchase premises over 260 square meters in size situated in the upcoming shopping center. The area around the site is well developed, with postal offices, restaurants, office spaces, supermarkets, and schools nearby.Additionally, in Kovel (Volyn), a new shopping and office center, Paragraph, has opened on the site of the former city printing house. After renovations, retail chains such as Sinsay, Eva, and Spar have started to open stores there.
