INDONESIAN BUSINESSES TOLD TO OPTIMISE TRADE AGREEMENTS FOR GROWTH
Deputy Trade Minister Dyah Roro Esti on Wednesday (4/3) urged domestic businesses to make greater use of the Indonesia’s trade agreements with strategic partners to expand global market access and generate stronger economic benefits at home. She noted that agreements such as the Indonesia–European Union Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement aim to remove tariff and non-tariff barriers while covering goods, services, investment, and sustainability issues. Esti added that regardless of whether agreements take the form of CEPA, Free Trade Agreement, or Preferential Trade Agreement, they are intended to strengthen Indonesia’s economic partnerships and support sustainable international trade.Source: https://en.antaranews.com/news/407015/indonesian-businesses-told-to-optimize-trade-agreements-for-growth (ICE GIACARTA)
