Kuala Lumpur, 5 March 2026 – KJTS Group Bhd has proposed to acquire a 70.67% stake in iHandal Holdings Sdn Bhd for RM10.1 million (approximately EUR 2.12 million) in cash through its subsidiary KJ Technical Services Sdn Bhd, as part of efforts to expand into broader energy efficiency solutions. iHandal, founded in 2009, provides sustainable engineering services and its proprietary Heatfuse™ technology that captures and repurposes waste heat, serving sectors such as hotels, hospitals and manufacturing across several regions. KJTS expects the acquisition to complement its cooling energy management services, create cross-selling opportunities and enable it to bid for larger and more complex projects while gaining access to iHandal’s technology and engineering expertise.
