Kazakhstan remains largest market for Russian sauces amid record 2025 export surgeRussia boosted exports of mayonnaise and other sauces 4% year-on-year to around 157,000 tonnes and 25% to over $290 million in 2025, a record high, the Agriculture Ministry's Agroexport center said, citing expert estimates.The largest revenue came from exports to Kazakhstan at around $88 million. More than $47 million worth of sauces were shipped to Belarus, over $32 million to Uzbekistan, over $26 million to Azerbaijan, and nearly $17 million to Georgia.Agroexport also reported that Russia exported mayonnaise and other sauces to more than 90 countries in 2025 compared to over 70 the previous year.Russia exported sauces to Palestine, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka for the first time in 2025, with exports also resuming to Iran, Kuwait, and Montenegro after a break since 2023.
