Kazakhstan's international reserves rise 7.6% in first two monthsKazakhstan's gross international reserves reached $139.1 billion at the end of February, increasing 1.8% during the month and 7.6% since the start of the year, the National Bank said.The reserves, which include the central bank's gold and foreign exchange holdings and National Fund assets, stood at $136.696 billion in January and $129.308 billion at the end of 2025.National Fund assets rose 0.3% in February to $65.426 billion.The National Bank's gross international reserves increased 3.1% during the month to $73.678 billion. Foreign currency assets declined 1.7% to $15.861 billion, while gold assets grew 4.5% to $57.817 billion.The central bank's net international reserves rose 3.3% in February to $71.665 billion.
