Kazakhstan among top buyers of baby food from Russia in 2025Kazakhstan was among the largest importers of Russian-made baby food in 2025, purchasing more than $33 million worth of products, according to Russia's Agroexport.Russia exported packaged baby food worth more than $168 million last year, a 1% increase from 2024 and a record high, Agroexport said, citing expert estimates. Export volumes totaled 27,500 tonnes.Uzbekistan was the largest buyer of baby food products from Russia, importing about $48 million worth. Kazakhstan, with more than $33 million, was followed by Tajikistan (more than $20 million), Belarus (more than $13 million) and Vietnam (about $12 million) in the top five importing countries.According to Agroexport, Russia began supplying baby food to Iran and Albania in 2025, and resumed exports to Iraq after a pause since 2020 and to Serbia since 2021.Russia shipped baby food to more than 25 countries last year.
