AUTOMATION EQUIPMENT LEADS THE GAINS
In the first week of March, China SW Machinery Equipment Index fell 2.81% but rose 0.83% year-to-date (YTD). Laser equipment led with a 47.2% YTD increase, and other automation equipment gained over 34%. In contrast, photovoltaic and lithium battery equipment corrected sharply, dropping 12.2% and 7.2%.
