The Indonesian Ministry of Cooperatives signed six MoUs with China’s SCO-ETEC to develop a modern fishery ecosystem. This collaboration, a follow-up to President Prabowo Subianto’s economic agreements with China, focuses on building cold storage, ice factories, shipyards, and mini solar power plants. These facilities will be managed by "Kopdes Merah Putih" (village cooperatives) to empower coastal communities.
