Kuala Lumpur, 12 March 2026 – TNB Power Generation Sdn Bhd (TPGSB), a wholly owned subsidiary of Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB), issued RM1.5 billion (approximately EUR 315.1 million) in sustainability sukuk wakalah under its sukuk programme to finance eligible sustainability projects aligned with its Sustainability Sukuk Framework. Managed jointly by CIMB Investment Bank and Maybank IB, the issuance supports TNB’s goal of adopting cleaner power generation technologies and achieving net-zero emissions by 2050.
