Kuala Lumpur, 12 March 2026 – MN Holdings Bhd has secured a RM216 million (approximately EUR 45.37 million) contract to build a substation for a data centre in southern Peninsular Malaysia. Awarded to its wholly owned subsidiary, MN Utilities Engineering Sdn Bhd, the project involves the design, construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of the consumer substation, including construction works within the site and high-voltage cable connections between substations. The works began on Feb 1 and are scheduled for completion by Sept 30. Following this contract, MN Holdings’ order book has grown to RM1.13 billion (approximately EUR 237.37 million) as the company prepares to transfer its listing from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia, after earlier securing four additional data centre-related contracts worth RM122.7 million (approximately EUR 25.78 million) in January.
