BANIYAS OIL TERMINAL RECEIVES EIGHT TANKERS CARRYING CRUDE AND FUEL PRODUCTS

Syria’s Baniyas oil terminal has received multiple shipments of crude oil and refined products, as part of efforts to secure fuel supplies and stabilize domestic markets, the Syrian Petroleum Company said on Wednesday.  The company confirmed that unloading operations are underway for several tankers, including the crude carrier GRINCH (99,698 metric tons), gasoline tanker JAN (29,583 metric tons), diesel tanker APATE (60,979 metric tons), and gas carrier GAS ZUMA (2,040 metric tons).  It added that four additional tankers are awaiting unloading: crude carrier KLEVER (135,423 metric tons), and gas carriers MILANO (2,705 metric tons), PREMIER (2,324 metric tons), and GAZ DYNAMIC (3,702 metric tons).  According to the company, the phased arrival and unloading of tankers is aimed at ensuring continuous fuel supply, easing congestion, and maintaining stable availability of petroleum products and gas in local markets.
