The U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) has awarded a US$3.9 million grant to support a pilot project using advanced American direct lithium extraction (DLE) technology in Indonesia. Through this initiative, Lilac Solutions will deploy its ion‑exchange system at PT Geo Dipa Energi’s geothermal facilities in the Dieng Plateau, aiming to create Indonesia’s first large‑scale geothermal‑brine lithium extraction site.
