Samruk-Kazyna places 3-year panda bonds worth 3 bln yuan for the first timeSovereign Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna JSC opened order books for its debut bonds on Thursday, with the placement volume reaching 3 billion yuan, said lead bookrunner Teniz Capital Investment Banking.The issuer is offering 3-year yuan-denominated bonds with a yield range of 2.1%–2.6%, and a placement volume of up to 3 billion yuan.The transaction is expected to settle on April 13, 2026.Local underwriter and bookrunner is Teniz Capital Investment Banking. Co-leading underwriters and co-bookrunners are China International Capital Corporation Limited, China Construction Bank Corporation, and Deutsche Bank (China) Co., Ltd."The placement marks Samruk-Kazyna's debut on China's domestic debt market and is aimed at diversifying funding sources by attracting yuan liquidity," the statement said.Only qualified investors may participate in the placement, in accordance with the requirements of Chinese law.Sovereign Wealth Fund Samruk-Kazyna was established in 2008.
